Im so impressed by this app that I told my doctor about it. He now recommends it to his patients who are dealing with chronic pain. Kiddos!

Ive been using this for at least a couple years to track several very different things, and its really helped me get more insight into problems. The export function is definitely handy as well.

I have tried several apps to track pain levels, symptoms and treatments. This one allows you to track everything on one page and still manages to cover everything! Because its simple and quick, I have been better about making entries. There is also a wonderful customizable graph for a visual of your progress. Thank you!!!

I down loaded this app because Ive had 3 spine surgeries since 2013 & a Spinal Cord Stimulator put in for pain & I got this app to track the pain because the last time I went to my doctor I saw a PA & she tried to make it that I was faking! I even found out I have 50% bone loss & my bones are like a 70yr old & im not even 45 yet! And I also have Arthritis to go along w/everything else! So I want my Doctor see All these & this App helps me & lets me write everything down & saves it for me!! So Yes I like it!!!
