Data lets you make data driven decisions

This app is easy to use, though several well documented features will likely go unnoticed if you dont read the help notes. Read them! Im finding that having a good log, along with a color coded calendar and graphs is making trends easier to see. Very helpful indeed. The designer has done both data capture and data visualization well. Having one without the other just wouldnt do so this rates highly.

Great app for pain!

My anesthetist recommended I use the app to track pain, symptoms, triggers, etc so we can better understand my pain and so we can change my plan of care. Im still learning how to customize it but so far its great!

Great app!

I should of had that app a long time ago! I have a chronic pain for a long time now, to a point that Im being followed by a specialized doctor at the hospitals pain clinic. And she asks me to daily fill out form with similar questions asked on the app. Now I will do it with the app and even I even adapted it to my liking (since the app lets us do so, which is brilliant)! Thanks for this app!!! Hopefully, you can add on changes eventually to the graph (I find it doesnt follow the date properly even if I zoom it). But its still quite useful!

So far so good

Works great to empty my head and get every detail out. My memory isnt great and it helps me with being able to keep track my symptoms.

Great app

I have chronic pain, let me tell you that this app is a very good tool. I have a pain clinic once a month and I share the stats with my Dr and we both agree that all patients should have this wonderful app!

Very useful!

Love how its very customizable and the reminder is super useful! I have been using it religiously, every day for the past 9 months. It has proven very useful in visits with my doctors or other health team member, to decide for example how much migraine meds I needed prescribed for the year, or if a medication was working.

Great App

Easy to use and keep track of your pain. Easy to personalize for whatever type of pain you have. Great for seeing if there are any links to the type of pain and a good tool for showing your doctor whats been going on.

Great App!

I love the versatility and how its totally customizable

Great tool for finding possible patterns!

Even after only a couple of days of use, Ive started to realize trends in my headache patterns that I never noticed before. The automatic weather data for each entry makes it easy to see patterns related to precipitation, wind, etc. And once youve got things set up, its really quick to input new entries. The only thing I would wish for is some way to integrate the health data collected by my iPhone with my tracked metrics. Data!data!data! he cried impatiently. I cant make bricks without clay. - Sir Arthur Conan Doyle

GRAPH IS NOT ACCURATE

ITS A GOOD APP, BUT DOES NOT HAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE NONE TECH SAVVY PEOPLE.. I CANT SEEM TO GET THE GRAPH TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. HELP NEEDED.

Great

Very helpful and easy to use. I like the ability of tracking headache pain and also being able to assign colors to different issues

Great Migraine Tracking App ( just needs one more thing)

I have been having severe migraines for about nine years now and have used several different pain tracking apps to keep a log for my neurologist. This application seems to be the best. The only thing it really needs, is to be able to back-log on the calendar. When one gets a severe migraine you are often unable to look at any light, even the dimmest of lights , or a phone screen because the pain and nausea is so bad. Also cognition may be hindered. When I have come out of a severe migraine I want to back-log on the calendar and I am unable to on this app. I would LOVE to see this added!!

a lifesaver.

I have been using this to chronicle my fibro pain and its just astounding. There are lots of options for customizing types of data and how you track it. The reports option is a godsend: I can just send my specialist a pdf file with my pain history on it so they can track flares if needed. recommended HIGHLY to anyone with chronic pain issues!

So far so good

You know, they ask us to rate these apps way too spoon....but here goes...... I love that this app is completely customizable. I mean, everything from where the pain is, to symptoms, remedies, how the pain feels. You have complete control. I wish there was a way to show that a pain continues from one day to another without stopping, but thats it. Ive been using it for about five days and so far, I like it.

Great app!

Ive used this app for 4 years. It does everything I need it to do. I even printed out a report for my pain management doc. The format is very readable yet at the same time thorough. Great app!

Great app

Very easy to use. I like the correlation between pain and weather. This is very helpful

needs improvements

I really like using the app. I would like to be able to have different settings for different conditions. Right now, the setting of the last used symptom is always the default in the next one. That means that I have to have either a big list of symptoms, or edit it every time I save an entry.

Love this app!

I needed an app where I could keep track of my migraine headaches. User friendly. Entries automatically dated. Great edit feature. Easily add photos. Switch to monthly calendar view and see frequency and patterns of your symptoms. Easy to customize categories and descriptions of symptoms most often used. Keep track of multiple ailments on this one app! Dependable and reliable. Absolutely no freezing, glitches, or limitations. Great tool when discussing symptoms with my doctor. You must get it!

Fibromyalgia

Thanks for the app. Hoping it will be something that i can show my doctor when I go see her again.

Great App to have

Love this app. As someone who is challenged with fibromyalgia and CFS, this really helps me keep track of what impacts or possibly triggers flare ups. I would love to see a body map similar to the head map where I could properly document my pain and tender areas. Rheumatologist always want you to identify where the pain is as well as describe the type of pain. I would love to be able to better point out the areas and the the type of symptoms associated with the area to have a report that I can easily provide to my doctor. If it had these capabilities I would gladly give it 5 stars and pay for an upgraded version.
